Rating: 3/5 -- With Frank, Abrahamson cultivates a mystical hour of prog-based shenanigans before he - and his film - begin to lose their collective heads in a muddled final third. Full Review

[O]dd, offbeat, somehow endearing, the bleakly comic FRANK has its own kind of charm as well as some pointed, poignant things to say about the mysterious nature of creativity…

Rating: B -- Michael Fassbender spends the majority of Lenny Abrahamson's irreverent comedy "Frank" buried underneath a giant plastic head, but the honesty of his performance is on full display. Full Review

Product Description:

A hopeful musician named Jon (Domhnall Gleeson) joins an eccentric pop band led by an eccentric creative mastermind named Frank (Michael Fassbender), who conceals his true identity beneath a giant paper mache head. Frank supposedly adheres rigorously to the ethos of making music purely for the joy of doing it, but as Jon's influence in the band grows, Frank proves to be capable of a less-enlightened view.
