Writer-director Craig Johnson's second feature, about a sibling friendship gone to seed, has much in common with Kenneth Lonergan's YOU CAN COUNT ON ME.

Rating: B -- Although wobbly in its construction, a character-centric dramedy with Wiig and Hader as said characters was never going to be anything other than pretty doggone good. Full Review

Product Description:

Craig Johnson's drama THE SKELETON TWINS stars SATURDAY NIGHT LIVE alumni Bill Hader and Kristen Wiig as suicidal siblings Milo and Maggie. After Milo cuts his wrists, Maggie moves him into her home in New York where she lives with her husband (Luke Wilson). Both brother and sister are dealing with severe emotional issues stemming from their own father's suicide, as well as their absent mother. While back in his hometown, Milo reconnects with a former lover (Ty Burrell) who was also his high-school English teacher. Meanwhile, Maggie has concerns about becoming a mother, and can't keep herself from cheating on her husband with her SCUBA instructor.
