David Daniell Sycamore

Sycamore is a delicate tapestry of spacious and ethereal guitar lines woven into abstract, slow-burning and multi-layered textural improvisations. The CD version comes in a 12' x 24' poster folded wrap around and is limited to 1,000 copies. David McCombs is of course, a member of eleventh dream day, acoustic collective pull man, & the inimitable tortoise, & the driving force behind broke back. He has worked with the likes of Tom Ze, Will Oldham, yo la tengo, & calexico. The 3 drummers named are frank rosaly, John Herndon [tortoise] & Steven Hess [pan American, haptic, on]. Final edits were done with John McEntire.
