...a rather ordinary, predictable film filled with various disparate elements that never quite meld into any sort of satisfying whole.

Product Description:
After the glory days of high school over, three best friends flounder in their dull small-town. With their youthful dreams dimming, and responsibilities of adulthood pressing in, the trio go on a road trip to the College Football Championship Bowl. But rather than distract them from their troubles, their foible-filled journey lays bare their flaws. Can they come to some new understanding of themselves, or will this trip mean the end of their friendship' D.B. Sweeney directs and stars in this comedy about coming to terms with the past.
Description by First Look Home Entertainment:
Mark (John C. McGinley, "Scrubs"), McGriff (D.B. Sweeney, "Spawn," "The Cutting Edge") and Jason (Paul Hipp, "Midnight In The Garden Of Good And Evil") are three life-long buddies, who manage to stay afloat in their small Pennsylvania hometown. Mark, whose fleeting college football glory has morphed into a dangerous obsession with gambling, is becoming more estranged each day from his wife and son. McGriff, who has never let go of his rock-and-roll aspirations, realizes that he is not the man he used to be. And then there's Jason, who still lives with his parents and allows them to dictate his life. Trying to find an escape from their everyday lives, they embark on a cross-country road trip to go to the College Football Championship Bowl. Their journey takes them through twists and turns, boozing and misbehaving every step of the way. Tensions arise between the three friends and their shortcomings become apparent. In the end, they discover that the most important thing in this crazy, uncertain world is their friendship.
