Director Tim Burton lends his characteristically dark and whimsical touch to this live action revamp of Disney's 1941 animated film of the same name. A young elephant with the powers of flight becomes a circus superstar with the help of a trapeze artist (Eva Green) and a caretaker (Colin Farrell). The latter is torn between his employer's exploitative thirst for profits and his children's desire to reunite Dumbo with his mother.
