The greatest horn band ever!

Cold Blood and Lydia Pense, were the first to be signed by Bill Grahams' short-lived San Francisco label in 1969.
Although Lydia & Company are still rocking after some 30 odd years, (check out Lydias' new cd 'Transfusion' 2005), nothing equals the intensity of this first album.
Chicago & Blood Sweat & Tears became better known for their horn section, but Cold Blood blew um all away.
Thanks to the Collectable Label, for making these recordings available again, to new fans and old.
