Description by OLDIES.com:
Irving Berlin was without doubt high among America's finest songwriters, as was the team of Richard Rodgers and Lorenz Hart. In the late fifties the great Connee Boswell recorded two albums celebrating the men's genius. And both albums are here, and in stereo, with Connee singing as only she could sing. There are real treasures here, a score of timeless songs, including Cheek to Cheek, All By Myself, Bewitched, There's a Small Hotel. So many great performances, impossible to pick a favourite, though Connee's heart-breaking rendition of All Alone might be worth the price of the CD just for itself.
