A gullible private, Dudley Frapper (Elliott Gould), has served his country for fifteen years as a human guinea pig in the U.S. Army Chemical Corps. So when he's kicked out without a pension after the side effects render him useless, Frapper steals the Army's nerve gas to rob a few banks and get his revenge on the service.
