Description by OLDIES.com:

Conmen are stranded in a small Italian port when their ship breaks down on route to North Africa where they were hoping to acquire land rich in uranium. Whilst waiting for repairs they meet a seemingly innocent English couple but as the story unfolds nothing is quite what it appears to be.
