Along with bands like Dr. Feelgood and the Kursaal Flyers, Eddie & the Hot Rods helped create the British pub-rock sound of the mid-1970s. In 2005, former lead singer Barrie Masters assembled an all-new lineup to celebrate the band's 30th anniversary with a concert at the London Astoria, chugging through classics like "Teenage Depression," "Do Anything You Wanna Do," and their signature cover of Them's "Gloria" with typically raucous abandon.
