Disturbed, knife-happy Lynn Hart (Toni Lawrence) escapes from the mental hospital where she was committed for killing her abusive father. Stealing a nurse's uniform and car, Lynn ends up in a small California town where she meets and shacks up with Zambrini (Marc Lawrence), an old farmer who owns a group of flesh-eating pigs that he keeps in a pen behind his house. When Lynn begins killing a number of men who remind her of her dead father, Zambrini helps her out by disposing of the bodies by feeding them to the pigs. Meanwhile, the local sheriff and a private investigator begin to look into the disappearances and close in on Lynn.
