Description by OLDIES.com:
THAT DOGGONE BABY (1916): Neal Burns and Betty Compson play a childless married couple who try to pass off their prize poodle as a baby.
THE CINEMA DIRECTOR (1916): Harold Lloyd is a movie theater manager more interested in flirting with patron Bebe Daniels than making sure the shows start on time. An early Lloyd short from before he developed his famous "Glasses" persona. Also known as Luke's Movie Muddle.
OH SO SIMPLE (date unknown): Bobby Ray and Harry McCoy are dueling suitors for the affections of status-obsessed Dolly Starr, who just wants a diamond ring from Tiffany's.
LOVE ‘EM AND WEEP (1927): "Woman of ill repute" Mae Busch threatens to blackmail married businessman James Finlayson by exposing their torrid love affair. Featuring both Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy, though they only appear together briefly. Laurel & Hardy would later remake this comedy as Chickens Come Home (1931) with themselves as the stars.
