When their little brother claims he's discovered a tiny civilization under the kitchen sink, a skeptical teenage brother and sister decide to do their own investigating. Lo and behold, there is a secret world there, and the two are whisked away on a fantastic adventure where they must try to avert a war between a pair of faraway kingdoms.
