Description by OLDIES.com:

In Italy, Dr. Charles Berens falls to to his death from a church tower. His dying words are "The one eyed soldiers!" The doctor's beautiful young daughter, Gava, thinks this is a clue to the location of hidden Nazi gold her father was seeking. She knows that statues of one-eyed soldiers stand outside a cathedral in Paris. The treasure is also sought by former Nazi Harold Schmidt (now an international criminal known as "The Fat Man") and his assistant Antonio, a dwarf with a taste for sadomasochism. With the help of rugged American reporter Richard Owen, Gava races to Paris to find the treasure before these two twisted maniacs can.

Filmed in Yugoslavia, The One Eyed Soldiers is one of many movies inspired by the success of the James Bond films in 1960s, packed with action, intrigue, and sexy femme fatales. Its leading lady, Luciana Paluzzi, had even been a Bond girl. In Thunderball (1965), she'd memorably confronted Sean Connery's Bond wearing just a towel. She was later menaced by rubber monsters in the Japanese-produced The Green Slime (1968). Co-star Dale Robertson is best known for his role as special agent Jim Hardie on Tales of Wells Fargo (1957-1962). He'd also co-starred with Vincent Price in Son of Sinbad (1955). At the time he made The One Eyed Soldiers, he was playing railroad man Ben Calhoun on ABC's Iron Horse (1966-1968).
