David Copperfield was Arnolds last film score and one of his most expressive and memorable, summed up as truly amazing by director Delbert Mann. Recorded at the Mosfilm Studio, Moscow, 47 April 2000 by the Moscow Symphony Orchestra conducted by William Stromberg. The score restorations were realized by John W. Morgan, who, with Mr. Stromberg amongst others has, since the early 90s, worked in reconstructing and re-recording the great symphonic film scores composed during Hollywood's Golden Age of the mid 30s to the late 50s.
