Description by OLDIES.com:
Duke Walker is paroled from prison after a long stretch and heads for the remote Nevada diner where his pretty young wife, Hazel, waits for him. The two immediately head off on a camping trip far into the desert to retrieve the quarter million dollars Duke has buried there prior to his incarceration. Duke has talked too much in prison because they are intercepted by King Tut, a former cell mate, and his hopped-up trigger-happy hot rod gang. They unintentionally kill Duke while interrogating him. Tut puts a gun to Hazel's head and delivers an ultimatum - take them to the loot or join her husband!
Ray Dennis Steckler who appears here in his first role as "Preacher Man," would go on to cult status for The Incredibly Strange Creatures Who Stopped Living and Became Mixed-Up Zombies!!? (1964) which he directed and starred in and Rat Pfink A Boo Boo (1966). Tall beautiful Francine York would appear in Ted Mikels' productions, most notably The Doll Squad (1973), and had a busy career in TV including roles on popular soaps General Hospital and The Days Of Our Lives. Nominal Director Rudolph Cusamano also used the pseudonym Ralph Cushman, directing the low-budget classic Secret File: Hollywood (1962).
