Description by OLDIES.com:
Bored schoolteacher Sylvia Bruce (Marion Davies) is disenchanted with life until she hears the incredible crooning of egomaniacal radio personality Bill Williams (Bing Crosby). Hopelessly lovestruck, Sylvia has no choice but to follow Bill to Hollywood, where he is to make his next film, and hilariously work her way on to the set -- and into his life. Some pretty fancy footwork, both on stage and off, eventually lands Sylvia the lead role in the film and the man of her dreams. But being as much a realist as she is a romantic, Sylvia does not start tapping down Love Street until she is sure that Bill truly understands the love about which he is so used to singing.
