In the year 2193, an evil genius creates a time machine that sends him along with over 100 criminals 200 years into the past. Dispatched to bring them back is Darien Lambert (Dale Midkiff), a captain in the Fugitive Retrieval Section who, with the aid of a holographic computer named SELMA (Elizabeth Alexander), must catch every last felon before he can return home.
