Hosted by Dean Karns and Ulises "Trucha" Rios, with some spicy interjections from Kitana Baker, this display of power from the top manufacturers in the game saw some fierce competition, and outrageous antics from the drivers!

This show marked the return of the Lowrider Movement to the historic Los Angeles Sports Arena as well as the debut of Six-Four Entertainment, headed by Alberto Lopez, former owner and publisher of Lowrider Magazine. No regular car show, this was the most spectacular lowrider event to date with the best of the best. All the lowrider hydraulic world champions showed up to prove their number one standing; what evolved was the most outrageous show ever seen and probably never to be duplicated! The most radical display of hydro power is captured here, as all the top manufacturers try to outdo themselves. Three-time world hydraulic champion Dean Karns and Ulises "Trucha" Rios host the show and offer expert commentary, while Cat Fight Girl Kitana Baker lends her sexy comments and flashes her assets.
