In this action/thriller starring and directed by Mario Van Peebles, Chief (Peebles), a former U.S. Marshal, suffers from anxiety and hallucinations after a case gone wrong. He learns the survivors of his team are all suffering the same symptoms and embarks on a mission to find out more about what happened on that case and what his team was exposed to.
