Sherilyn Fenn stars as Shelby Naylor, a woman who, due to a debilitating accident, is forced to spend her nights home alone, listening to a police scanner for entertainment. When she hears what she believes to be a woman being murdered, she calls the police, not knowing she is putting herself in great danger. Trapped and alone, she will have to summon all of her courage to stay alive.
