Product Description:
UNA ROSA DE FRANCIA is a dramatic feature that depicts life in Cuba before Fidel Castro's reign. Manuel Gutierrez Aragon's film is based around a man who runs a shady business that purports to take Cubans to Florida, but instead deposits them on a remote island. A run-in with the U.S. Navy takes Aragon's feature in a different direction, as a young Cuban and a prostitute make plans for their own escape to the U.S.
