AUDIENCE SCORE
User Ratings: 89,671
Rating: 4/10 -- All of these exertions are just enough to graze the 90 minute mark, after which the film gratefully whumps to a close taking its paint-by-numbers character arcs and hopelessly generic jokes with it. Full Review

Buscemi’s Wayne remains the best thing about the franchise.
Chicago Sun-Times

Rating: 2/5 -- It's nowhere near as stimulating and intellectual as a Pixar offering, but nowhere near as stupidly offensive as some of the atrocious crap that flood the animated genre simply because some parents will take their children to see anything Full Review
Flickering Myth
Dec 3, 2017
Rating: 3/5 -- An engaging and sometimes witty coming-of-age story, it is a patch above some of Sandler's recent live-action films. Full Review

Although there are entertaining gags about Dracula struggling to use a smartphone and Mavis not understanding a mini-mart, the real fun comes from the animation...
Los Angeles Times

Rating: 2/5 -- Kids are not likely to get the jokes about Gary Oldman's wig in the 1992 film Dracula, nor sympathise closely with the emotional difficulties Drac faces in becoming a grandparent. Adults... will have seen virtually all of this before. Full Review

Product Description:

Hotel owner Dracula (voice of Adam Sandler) is concerned that his half-human grandson Dennis isn't embracing his vampire heritage. He and his fellow ghouls put Dennis through a "monster-in-training" boot camp, but their efforts are complicated by the arrival of Dracula's dad, a traditionalist vampire named Vlad (Mel Brooks). Andy Samberg, Selena Gomez, Kevin James, Steve Buscemi, David Spade, Keegan-Michael Key, Fran Drescher, Molly Shannon, Megan Mullally, Nick Offerman, Dana Carvey, and Rob Riggle also lend their voices to this animated sequel.
