When ONLY FOOLS AND HORSES began in 1981, actors David Jason and Nicholas Lyndhurst can have had little idea of the show's longevity. In 2004 ONLY FOOLS AND HORSES was voted Best British Sitcom of all time by British viewers, while Lyndhurst and Jason have become household names as Rodney and Derek "Del Boy" Trotter. By the time the sixth series aired, changes were afoot.
