Biography

Key players in the bubblegum-pop trend of the late 60s, the Ohio Express evolved from the Mansfield, Ohio, USA-based unit Rare Breed in 1967. The band comprised Joey Levine (vocals), Dale Powers (guitar), Doug Grassel (rhythm guitar), Jim Pflayer (keyboards), Dean Krastan (bass) and Tim Corwin (drums).
